By far the most important "perk" for me is the organizational culture. None of those other tangible "perks" matter if the culture and my values don't align. And those perks don't offset the consequences of a bad cultural fit.

Aside from direct salary, the second most import 'perk', in my opinion, is a 401k with a company match and high quality but low expense funds. Too many people, and therefore companies, consider this a nice to have instead of a requirement and the benefits have shrunk accordingly over time. If you demand it, then companies that want to attract quality employees will continue to offer these programs.
