I find that applying for UEI benefits to be a frustrating experience. UEI Claim Reps often are very rude, unprofessional and lack key "critical thinking skills" ( a nicer way of saying theyre ignorant and couldn't care less).
I think if employers that have a very high (revolving door) employee churn rates should be assessed a high UEI tax level than the ones who have a lower employee turn over rate. In fact employers who have a historical pattern of hiring & firing should also be assessed a "Social Services Impact Fee".
This would encourage employers to retain their employees. Many states could offer financial incentives to the employer if they curtail their churn rates.
