I don't think there's anything wrong with dating a co-worker unless one person holds a position of authority over another, or might compete for a promotion with another. It's when the power element comes into play that you have the potential to develop problems that could impact your own jobs as well as create a problem for the company. Plenty of people meet their future mates at work - probably a better place to do it than a bar. ;)
