The year was 1958 in Shelton,Wa when I went to work for the newly built A&W drive in. I worked for Minor Williams till I graduated from high school and joined the Navy. I had a grand time working for him and at the A&W.

The year was 1944 in Petersburg, Alaska. Like most the boys went to work on a fishing boat as a fish puller and most any thing else I was asked to do. Made $ 1500.00 for summer work. When returning home started paying room and board.
