My First Job: Brian Lowe

Current position: Program director of 98.1-KING FM
First job: Delivering newspapers. I got up at 6 a.m., a seemingly impossible task for me then and now. There were mornings when I was walking in my sleep. I think my route manager thought so, too, as I got notes asking how I missed delivering a paper to yet another house.
What I learned: I needed work more challenging than putting papers on a porch! I needed a job that I was passionate about. And I shouldn't work early mornings.
