My First Job: Erin Robertson, clinic manager and physical therapist

Current position: Clinic manager and physical therapist at the Apple Physical Therapy Seattle clinic.
First job: Mowing lawns with my brother. My brother and I would typically work on one lawn together, one of us doing the trimming and the other on the riding lawn mower.
What I learned: The importance of customer service and having pride in what you do. Although my brother and I were just mowing lawns, we paid attention to details and made sure that the job was done right.
