Current position: Owner of Slo Joe's Bigtime Backyard Barbecue in Seattle.

First job: Newspaper carrier in Seattle.

What I learned: How difficult it is to own your own business. People wouldn't answer the door when it was time to pay for their monthly bill. They would have the television on and I knew they could hear me. But I had to be ready to do my job every day no matter what. People need their newspaper.
