Ron Ruffcorn’s cube makes room for fun -- and many, many Pez
All work and no play? Stop by Ron Ruffcorn's cube for a little levity.
EMPLOYEE: Ron Ruffcorn
JOB: Technical specialist, Boeing
CUBICLE RAVE: “If I am going to spend at least one-third of my life at work, I try to make it fun. While my cube is dominated by Pez dispensers, there are many other items to look at or play with, such as puzzles, Bozo the Clown and Marvin the Martian. There is also a Northwest favorite -- the slug (hey, somebody has stick up for them). I am very proud to say that over the years not a single item has ever disappeared. In fact, it is not unusual to arrive in the morning and find an anonymous donation. People find them in a toy box in their attic, basement or garage. Or they buy them and donate because it’s a favorite character of theirs, or they did not see one and decided it needed to be here. It is also fun to hear stories of dispensers and other toys remembered. Another real benefit is that it is easier to find my desk in the early morning.”

Hey Ron (a.k.a. Ralph-Smooth-Peas):
I see your collection of Pez and other "extra-curricular cubicle artifacts" has greatly increased since I last saw you. Glad to see that you are doing well! What are you going to do with all of that stuff when you retire?
