Pay: The average pay for an apartment manager in the Seattle area is $37,897 a year, with most making from $30,000 to $48,000 a year, according to PayScale, a Seattle company that tracks compensation and benefits. Many resident apartment managers receive the use of an apartment as part of their compensation package.
Demand: Apartment managers are included in a category called property, real estate and community association managers by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, which says that employment of people in that category is expected to increase about as fast as average for all occupations in the coming years.
