So many networking events, so little time!

NWjobs

It's late May, so, besides trying to help people find work in the Seattle region, much of my time for the next three weeks will be spent flitting from theater to theater to see as many Seattle International Film Festival movies as I can.

One of the annual frustrations I have every time SIFF rolls around is that, barring a rip in the space-time continuum, it's physically impossible to see everything. Almost every hour of the 25-day, 250-feature marathon produces an agonizing dilemma: Do I see the new indie flick that's received a lot of sensational buzz? Or do I check out that obscure, wonderful road picture from Kazakhstan that may never be seen again on the big screen?

That's a bit how I feel about this week's networking events for job seekers. It has to be one of the most jam-packed event calendars I've seen in many months. While schedule conflicts will likely prevent you from attending every one of these events, there's a little something for everyone. Start making those tough decisions now!
