With a great benefits package, great coworkers and a fun, family atmosphere, the folks at Johnson, Stone & Pagano, a small accounting firm in the Tacoma suburb of Fircrest, see no reason to ever leave. One employee has been with the 32-person company for 27 years. A couple of others are now approaching their two-decade mark. According to one happy staffer, three employees did leave once, but they came back. So much for that idea.

Maybe it was the regular chair massages, or the frequent tokens of appreciation from the partners like new laptop backpacks, Starbucks coffee, and free lunch delivered to the office on Fridays. It's also hard not to love the flexible hours and telecommuting options for new parents or others with family obligations at home. Or the sense of community involvement from participating in events with the local United Way, Rotary Club and Habitat for Humanity. Or maybe when you put all those things together, it's simple: You've just got a winner.
