AdaQuest

Any good employer knows that no staffer is an island. AdaQuest, a small Bellevue company that provides project management and training solutions to big companies such as Microsoft, makes every effort to recognize and get to know employees' families as well. Halloween is always a blast for kids, who get to wear their costumes to the office, trick-or-treat around the cubicles and watch movies. Office parties over the holidays are always for the whole family. The annual summer picnic is a highlight for many as well, with lots of food, games and outdoor fun.

Staffers here also appreciate how their company tries to make the family-work balance as easy as possible. Employees can put pre-tax money aside for child care expenses. And it can take a lot of stress off a parent knowing that their kids are welcome in the office when a nanny calls in sick. After winning top honors in our "Best Benefits" and "Coolest Office Space" categories, we knew AdaQuest had a lot going for it, and they don't fall short when it comes to extending that excellence to the whole clan.
