You may not have heard of Columbia Hospitality, but how about the Salish Lodge and Spa? The Inn at Langley? The Bell Harbor Conference Center? The management company that runs these and other luxury resorts and properties around the region is the winner of our hospitality category this year. And even though they don't run the luxurious Four Seasons as well, as one employee says, "this is the Four Seasons of a hospitality management company!" The fact that the midsized, Seattle-based group has a diverse collection of properties, each with its own feel, flavor and entrepreneurial spirit, is part of what makes the job fun and interesting.
